Senthiyl S.S.G. is a highly respected and sought-after Arbinger consultant whose work has impacted many individuals and organizations across the region. Since 2004, Senthiyl has led his team in delivering Arbinger’s technologies, intellectual property, and programs in Singapore/Malaysia and the wider region with the focused objective of leading and supporting organizations, families, and volunteer organizations in their transformation efforts.

Senthiyl finds his true calling and joy in working with private and public-sector organizations as well as individuals to implement outward mindset principles and ideas across Southeast Asia. His approach to engaging his audience is primarily through stories that are sometimes humorous and other times heartwarming to disrupt people’s thinking and views.

To date, he has supported numerous organizations and their leadership teams, including Microsoft, Shell, F5 Networks, T-Systems Malaysia, Oracle, Standard Chartered Bank, Ministry of Defence (Singapore), National University of Singapore, Taj Group of Hotels (India), Amway Asia, Dr.Reddy’s Foundation (India), UEM Sunrise (Malaysia), Petronas (Malaysia), SingHealth (Singapore), and Jurong Health (Singapore).

Senthiyl graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the National University of Singapore. He served as an Artillery officer in the Singapore Armed Forces, earning a training award before pursuing his passion for change management in 1996. He completed his MBA from Maastricht School of Management in 2001. Senthiyl lives in Singapore with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys running, reading and travelling.
