Fredy is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur (Partner and Founder of CES SAS, Partner Edusoft Ltd., Intelitek, Discovery Education, and LATAM Member of Edlatam Alliance), facilitator, senior consultant and speaker who brings more than 25 years of management experience. That experience makes Fredy acutely aware of the challenges faced by his clients and enables him to provide real, practical help and engender a tremendous level of trust.
As a member of Arbinger’s executive team in Colombia, Fredy support Arbinger’s programs with consultants, speakers, and facilitators.
Business Administrator focused on finance, marketing, and planning. With extensive commercial experience in different markets and sectors of the economy nationally and internationally. Extensive experience as a consultant in organizations in strategic planning, culture and organizational development, marketing, communication strategies, distribution channels and sales. Fredy has led, trained, accompanied, and instructed groups of different academic and professional profiles, both in young people and adults for over 25 years. His passion is the projects that form, develop, and generate transformation and growth in companies and families.

Married to Viviana Mosquera and with 5 lovely children: Sebastian, Juan Camilo, Laura Andrea, Analucia
and Juanita (from the age of 33, to the age of 12), with whom I currently reside in Colombia.
