Dave has a background in leadership and organizational development, with more than 15 years of experience in consulting, training, and systems development for corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations. He has taught a range of international business and general management classes at the college level and regularly facilitates leadership training workshops. His professional background also includes senior leadership roles within the financial services and technology services industries.

Dave earned a B.A. from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He enjoys the outdoors and exploring new places. He has served on various nonprofit, municipal, and education-oriented boards and advisory groups dedicated to creating strong communities and civic ownership.
