DANIEL CABRERA
Senior Consultant and Arbinger Partner
Daniel has served as a partner and senior consultant at Arbinger Colombia since 2015. He was the first facilitator of this model for the country, leading processes of changing mindset in companies such as Coca Cola Femsa, Cencosud, Scotiabank Colpatria, among others.
Since he met Arbinger, he discovered concepts and tools that changed his life forever, so he is committed to changing his own mentality and the people he advises.
Trained as an engineer, but his passion for accompanying people and organizations to generate significant changes, led him to be certified as an executive coach and team coach. He has a master’s degree in leadership and organizational development with coaching, an executive master’s degree in leadership skills developed at Harvard, and a master’s in business administration MBA.
He has more than 15 years of experience in team consolidation and alignment, development of organizational skills, conscious business, managerial skills, outdoor and indoor training, sales, organizational climate and culture
He lives in Bogotá Colombia with his wife who is also an Arbinger facilitator; he enjoys studying, outdoor activities and traveling.
