Beth Hannan is a consultant and facilitator dedicated to helping organizations orchestrate programs and strategies to maximize growth and impact. With more than ten years of experience in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors, Beth’s background ranges from supporting grief-stricken families in the most challenging of times to helping tech entrepreneurs identify their value proposition and mentoring African professionals as they become leaders in their communities.

Prior to working with Arbinger, Beth developed and led high-performing teams at various organizations to increase the number of organ transplants done for needy recipients. Beth was a key influencer and leader who was able to inspire and motivate others to have a greater impact, even in high-stress environments.

Beth earned a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and an executive master’s degree in leadership from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
